RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our policy is 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Items on sale / discount
- Items worn, altered or washed
If you aren’t totally happy with your purchase and would like to return it, please send an email to email@example.com. Please note in your email if you would like to exchange the item for something else, or return it for store credit.
To return your item, please send it via any reliable courier service in it’s original packing, with original tags to:
The Hotbox kit
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and if the items are all in good shape, will issue you your credit or send you your new items!
CUSTOMS & TAXES
All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are in your hands. It comes down to the gurus at customs to release your package, and just a heads up that on some occasions, they may delay delivery of packages. Any tax and duties due will be presented to you upon delivery by our courier provider Aramex.
